- Jacob: Like, you have an internet and I have an internet, but they’re not the same? Where is it?
- Connor: It’s like above space but below heaven. That’s where it is.
- Adam: If every computer was unplugged, would the internet disappear?
- Connor: Yes. It’s like a tree falling in space.
i read in an interview that jonathan got a phone call from adam saying that he left the band because he just wanted to live a simple life with his gf or something, i think that's most likely though
thats the answer I gave recently. he specializes in carpentry etc. I’ve been asked this question a million times so. .its so 2010 darling
Why do you think Adam left The Drums?
theres a few analogies;
the first- he just couldn’t handle the touring lifestyle and wanted a quiet life on a farm or something
and this from Jonathan which came to light recently and I quote;
“Connor heard this rumour that we were having sex with one another… You know what? That’s why Adam left the band. He had a problem with the rumours. But I don’t care. We think its actually kind of cool…”
